A Guide to Using Lithium - Ion Wireless High - Pressure Cleaners
2025-07-25 10:09:27

Lithium-ion cordless high-pressure cleaners are ideal tools for household cleaning, outdoor equipment maintenance, and small commercial cleaning due to their features such as no power cord, strong portability, and flexible water pressure adjustment. Compared with traditional wired high-pressure cleaners, it is free from the limitations of power sockets, and the weight of the machine body is usually controlled within 5 kg. Whether it is cleaning the chassis of a car, the floor of a terrace, or washing outdoor furniture, it can be flexibly operated. Mastering scientific usage methods can not only improve cleaning efficiency, but also extend the service life of the equipment.

Preparation work before use requires both equipment inspection and scene adaptation. First check the status of the device: confirm that the battery is fully charged (it is recommended to charge to more than 80% before use to avoid affecting the water pressure output under low pressure); check whether the nozzle is unobstructed and whether there is any mud and sand blocking - the nozzle can be removed and the debris in the aperture can be cleaned with a fine needle; check whether the water inlet filter is clean. If there are impurities, rinse them in time to prevent clogging of the water pump. Secondly, choose the nozzle according to the cleaning needs: 0-degree direct nozzle is suitable for removing stubborn stains (such as rust on car wheels), 25-degree fan nozzle is suitable for large-area cleaning (such as car body surface), and 40-degree wide-angle nozzle is suitable for washing fragile surfaces (such as glass and wooden furniture). In addition, you need to prepare enough cleaning water. If you use tap water, you can directly connect the water inlet connector; if you use a water storage bucket, you need to ensure that the bucket is placed higher than the cleaning machine to avoid idling due to insufficient water pressure.

The core operation steps must follow the principle of "from far to near, from shallow to deep". When starting, first put the water inlet hose into the water, press the exhaust button on the machine, and then press the switch after the air in the water pipe is exhausted and water flows out of the nozzle. When cleaning, keep the nozzle 20-30 cm away from the surface to be cleaned. Too close will easily cause surface damage (such as car paint, wood texture), and too far will reduce the cleaning power. For areas with heavy oil pollution (such as kitchen stoves and mechanical parts), you can first spray a neutral detergent, let it stand for 3-5 minutes, and then rinse with high-pressure water to avoid using strong acid and alkali detergents to corrode the internal components of the equipment. If you need to pause during the cleaning process, you can release the switch without turning off the main power supply; if you stop using it for a long time (more than 10 minutes), you need to turn off the power supply and disconnect the water supply.

When using it, you need to pay attention to the synergy between the equipment and the environment. The optimal operating temperature of the lithium-ion cordless high-pressure cleaner is 10-40℃. Avoid using it in an environment below 0℃ to prevent the waterproof box or water pipes from freezing and cracking; continuous operation in a high temperature environment should not exceed 30 minutes, and the motor needs to be stopped for 10 minutes to cool down. Before cleaning live equipment (such as outdoor air conditioner outdoor units), be sure to cut off the power supply first, and the nozzle cannot be directly flushed against the electrical interface. In addition, avoid immersing the cleaning machine in water. Although the body is waterproof (usually IPX5 level), long-term immersion will damage the battery and motor.

Daily maintenance is the key to maintaining equipment performance. After each use, perform a "clean water rinse" operation: after disconnecting the water supply, press the switch to let the machine idle for 10 seconds to drain the residual water inside; remove the nozzle and water filter, rinse with clean water and dry. Note on battery maintenance: use the original charger when charging, and disconnect the power in time after full to avoid overcharging; when not in use for a long time, keep the battery power at 50% - 60%, and replenish the power once a month to prevent the battery from running out of power. If you find problems such as nozzle leakage and obvious drop in water pressure, you need to check whether the sealing ring is aging or the water pump is blocked in time. If necessary, contact after-sales to replace accessories. Do not disassemble the motor or battery components by yourself.
